The applied pilates team is now based in a brand new studio packed with Pilates and other specialist equipment. Teejay is well aware this can be an intimidating environment for a fitness novice to enter so he is quick to reassure newcomers:

"You will feel at ease in the applied pilates studio. It is not a competitive environment and we will ensure you only work to a level you feel comfortable with. Don't feel anxious about coming along."

The applied pilates studio equipment includes Stott Pilates Cadillac, Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Split-pedal Stability Chair, Spine Supporter, Spine Corrector, Arc Barrels, Stability Balls, Bosu Ball, Rotation Discs, Fitness Circle & Band - all of which are excellent for rehab, flexibilty and strengthening exercises to meet clients' specific needs.

The advantage of Pilates equipment

The applied pilates studio is fully equipped with Stott Pilates small and large equipment. Teejay explains: "This range of equipment, plus our expertise, allows us to help you to achieve your goals more quickly and more safely than a matwork-only approach. In particular, group matwork classes do not and can not focus on an individual's specific needs.

However, in our fully equipped studio we can absolutely guarantee that your sessions with applied pilates will focus specifically on your individual needs or goals and help you to achieve the best results safely and as quickly as possible."
